Description

A delightful twist on classic tiramisu. Layers of ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone, and fresh raspberries create a perfect dessert.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (7 ounces) ladyfingers
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 cup raspberry liqueur (optional)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Instructions

  1. Gently dip ladyfingers in raspberry liqueur (if using), or plain.
  2. Arrange a layer of ladyfingers in the bottom of a dish.
  3. In a bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
  5. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
  7. Top with a layer of fresh raspberries.
  8. Repeat layers: ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and raspberries.
  9. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
  10. Garnish with fresh raspberries.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, use raspberry juice instead of liqueur.
  • You can make this dessert a day ahead.
