A delightful twist on classic tiramisu. Layers of ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone, and fresh raspberries create a perfect dessert.

- 1 package (7 ounces) ladyfingers
- 1 cup fresh raspberries, plus more for garnish
- 1/4 cup raspberry liqueur (optional)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Gently dip ladyfingers in raspberry liqueur (if using), or plain.
- Arrange a layer of ladyfingers in the bottom of a dish.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Mix until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Spread half of the mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
- Top with a layer of fresh raspberries.
- Repeat layers: ladyfingers, mascarpone cream, and raspberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries.
Notes
- For a non-alcoholic version, use raspberry juice instead of liqueur.
- You can make this dessert a day ahead.
