Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  5. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the turkey breast, rubbing it in.
  6. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
  7. Pour the chicken broth into the bottom of the pan.
  8. Roast for 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 45 minutes, or until a meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast registers 165°F (74°C).
  9. Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before carving and serving.
