  • 1 lb green beans, trimmed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast for 20 minutes.
  3. Add pecans and maple syrup. Roast for another 10 minutes.
  4. Steam green beans until tender-crisp.
  5. Sauté garlic in butter.
  6. Toss green beans with garlic butter and almonds.
