Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover turkey stuffing
  • 1 cup cooked shredded turkey
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine stuffing, turkey, celery, and onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the stuffing mixture and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
  6. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  8. Serve warm.
