- 2 cups leftover turkey stuffing
- 1 cup cooked shredded turkey
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine stuffing, turkey, celery, and onion.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, egg, and melted butter.
- Pour the wet ingredients over the stuffing mixture and mix well. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls, about 1.5 inches in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like carrots or mushrooms.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the turkey and use vegetable broth.
