Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, sour cream, etc.)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess grease.
  3. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin.
  5. Fill each wrapper with ground beef mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until wrappers are golden and cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool slightly before adding your favorite toppings.
