- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, sour cream, etc.)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet. Drain any excess grease.
- Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer until liquid is absorbed.
- Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin.
- Fill each wrapper with ground beef mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until wrappers are golden and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before adding your favorite toppings.
Notes
- You can use egg roll wrappers instead of wonton wrappers.
- Feel free to add other fillings like black beans or corn.
- Adjust the amount of taco seasoning to your preference.
