Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and crispy.
- Serve hot.

- For extra crispiness, soak the cut sweet potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes before drying and tossing with seasonings.
