  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups vegetable broth

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and cook until softened.
  3. Add garlic, bell pepper, and jalapeños; cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Stir in chili powder and cumin.
