Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab meat)
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine mixed seafood, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, chopped onion, and cheddar cheese.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
