- 1 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, scallops, crab meat)
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine mixed seafood, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, milk, chopped onion, and cheddar cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a buttered baking dish.
- Dot the top with butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and heated through.

- For a golden crust, top with breadcrumbs before baking.
