Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup frozen potstickers
- 1 cup chopped bok choy or spinach
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in broth, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Add red pepper flakes if using. Bring to a simmer.
- Add frozen potstickers and cook according to package directions, usually 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in bok choy or spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
- Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions.
Notes
- For a heartier soup, add cooked shredded chicken or tofu.
- Adjust soy sauce and rice vinegar to your taste.
- Use store-bought or homemade potstickers.
