Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup frozen potstickers
  • 1 cup chopped bok choy or spinach
  • 2 green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour in broth, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Add red pepper flakes if using. Bring to a simmer.
  3. Add frozen potstickers and cook according to package directions, usually 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in bok choy or spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
  5. Ladle soup into bowls and garnish with sliced green onions.
