This Easy Fresh Berry Parfait is a refreshing, no-bake layered dessert made with creamy yogurt, juicy seasonal berries, and crunchy granola. It’s perfect for breakfast, a light snack, or a simple summer dessert—and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1 cup granola (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Rinse and dry the berries. Slice strawberries into thin pieces. Set aside with blueberries and raspberries.
- Start the First Layer: In a clear glass or jar, add 2–3 tablespoons of yogurt as the base layer.
- Add Berries: Spoon a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
- Add Crunch: Sprinkle a tablespoon of granola over the berries.
- Repeat Layers: Continue layering yogurt, berries, and granola until the glass is filled, ending with a few fresh berries and a drizzle of honey if desired.
- Garnish and Serve: Top with a mint leaf or a sprinkle of chia seeds. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 24 hours (store granola separately to retain crunch).
Notes
For dairy-free versions, use almond or coconut yogurt. To boost protein, stir in a scoop of protein powder with the yogurt. Use frozen berries if fresh aren’t available—just thaw and drain them first.
