- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 (16 ounce) jar Alfredo sauce
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta, uncooked
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in a slow cooker.
- Pour Alfredo sauce and water over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir in uncooked pasta.
- Cook on high for 20-30 minutes, or until pasta is tender.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like broccoli or peas during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- For a creamier sauce, add a splash of heavy cream.
