- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can (10.75 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a 9×13 inch baking dish, combine rice, chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, water, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
- Add the chicken pieces to the dish.
- Cover the dish with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the rice is cooked and the chicken is no longer pink.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
