Ingredients

- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 ounces spaghetti or lo mein noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add broccoli and carrots; cook for 2-3 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce (if using), sesame oil, cornstarch, and pepper.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour sauce over chicken and vegetables. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions.
Notes
- Adjust vegetables based on your preference.
- For a spicier dish, add red pepper flakes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
