Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred chicken with two forks.
  6. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
  7. Serve over rice or with your favorite sides.
