This Dump & Go Crockpot Teriyaki Chicken recipe is easy to make. It is perfect for busy weeknights.

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Green onions, sliced (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and pepper.
- Pour sauce over chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred chicken with two forks.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
- Serve over rice or with your favorite sides.
Notes
- You can add vegetables like broccoli or carrots during the last hour of cooking.
- Adjust the amount of brown sugar to your taste.
- Leftovers are great for lunch the next day.
