Description
A refreshing pasta salad with dill pickles.
Ingredients
- Pasta (2 cups)
- Dill pickles (1 cup, chopped)
- Cheddar cheese (1 cup, cubed)
- Red onion (1/2 cup, diced)
- Ranch dressing (1/2 cup)
- Bacon (4 slices, cooked and crumbled)
- Dill (2 tablespoons, fresh, chopped)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Rinse pasta with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, pickles, cheese, and red onion.
- Add ranch dressing, bacon, and dill.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add more or less pickles based on your preference.
- Use your favorite type of pasta.
- For a vegetarian version, omit the bacon.
