Ingredients
- Pasta (e.g., rotini): 1 pound
- Dill pickles, chopped: 1 cup
- Ranch dressing: 1 cup
- Cheddar cheese, cubed: 1 cup
- Red onion, diced: 1/2 cup
- Fresh dill, chopped: 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Rinse the cooked pasta with cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the pasta, pickles, ranch dressing, cheese, and red onion.
- Season with dill, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
