- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 8 slices ham, chopped
- 8 slices Swiss cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, ham, and Swiss cheese.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the soup and milk.
- Pour soup mixture over chicken mixture and stir.
- Pour into a greased casserole dish.
- In a small bowl, mix bread crumbs with melted butter.
- Sprinkle bread crumbs over the casserole.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and bread crumbs are golden brown.
Notes
- You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.
- Feel free to add other vegetables, like peas or mushrooms.
- For a crispier topping, broil for the last few minutes.
