Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked ham
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk eggs in a bowl.
- Mix in cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, onion, and ham.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a greased pie dish.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- You can add other vegetables, like spinach or mushrooms.
