Description
Make delicious and crispy chicken and mozzarella wraps in your air fryer. This recipe is quick, easy, and perfect for a weeknight meal or lunch.

- 8 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or cubed
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Marinara sauce for dipping
Instructions
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the seasoned chicken in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
- Add the mozzarella to the air fryer basket with the chicken during the last 2 minutes of cooking, just until it starts to melt.
- Warm the tortillas slightly according to package directions.
- Spoon the chicken and mozzarella mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly to form a wrap.
- If desired, place the wraps back into the air fryer for 1-2 minutes to crisp them up.
- Serve immediately, with marinara sauce for dipping if preferred.
Notes
- You can use pre-cooked shredded chicken to save time.
- Adjust seasonings to your preference.
- For extra crispiness, you can lightly spray the outside of the wraps with cooking spray before the final air frying step.
