Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place potatoes, onion, and garlic in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- Top with chicken breasts.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soup, chicken broth, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir everything together.
- Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
- Serve and enjoy your meal.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables, such as carrots or celery.
- For a thicker sauce, you can add a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with a tablespoon of cold water during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
