Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add chicken broth, cream of mushroom soup, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken.
- Mix cornstarch with a little water to make a slurry.
- Stir the slurry into the crockpot to thicken the gravy.
- Serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
