Description

A simple and delicious chicken dinner cooked in a crockpot.


Ingredients

  • Chicken breasts: 4
  • Potatoes: 2 pounds, diced
  • Carrots: 1 pound, chopped
  • Onion: 1, chopped
  • Chicken broth: 1 cup
  • Dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano): 1 tsp each
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place potatoes, carrots, and onion in the crockpot.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and herbs.
  3. Place chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
  4. Pour chicken broth over the chicken and vegetables.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken and serve.
