Description
A simple and delicious chicken dinner cooked in a crockpot.
Ingredients
- Chicken breasts: 4
- Potatoes: 2 pounds, diced
- Carrots: 1 pound, chopped
- Onion: 1, chopped
- Chicken broth: 1 cup
- Dried herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano): 1 tsp each
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place potatoes, carrots, and onion in the crockpot.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
- Pour chicken broth over the chicken and vegetables.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken and serve.

- You can add other vegetables you like.
- Serve with a side of bread or rice.
