Description

Easy Crockpot Chicken Dinner. Simple and delicious meal.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Place onion, carrots, and celery in the crockpot.
  2. Place chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
  3. Pour in chicken broth.
  4. Add thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred chicken before serving.
