Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place onion, carrots, and celery in the crockpot.
- Place chicken breasts on top of the vegetables.
- Pour in chicken broth.
- Add thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred chicken before serving.

- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
- Add other vegetables like potatoes or sweet potatoes.
