Ingredients
- Chicken breasts: 1.5 lbs
- Rice: 1 cup
- Chicken broth: 4 cups

- Garlic: 2 cloves, minced

Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add rice, chicken broth, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, or until chicken is cooked and rice is tender.
- Shred the chicken with two forks.
- Stir everything together and serve.
