Description

A simple and delicious one-pan meal featuring ground beef, Tuscan herbs, and a creamy sauce.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained and chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Add olive oil, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  3. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour in beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Reduce heat and stir in heavy cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and Parmesan cheese.
  6. Simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil, if desired.
  8. Serve hot.
