Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together turkey, rice, soup, milk, peas, and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
