A comforting creamy turkey and rice bake, perfect for using leftover turkey.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix together turkey, rice, soup, milk, peas, and onion. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let stand for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute cream of chicken soup.
- Add other vegetables like carrots or corn.
