- 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
- 1/2 cup heavy cream

- 8 ounces burrata cheese
Instructions
- Cook gnocchi according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Sauté onion until softened.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in crushed tomatoes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in heavy cream.
- Add cooked gnocchi to the sauce.
- Serve with burrata and basil.
Notes
- You can add a pinch of red pepper flakes for heat.
- If you don’t have burrata, use mozzarella.
- Freshly grated parmesan cheese is a great addition.
