Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet.
- Cook chicken until browned, then set aside.
- Sauté onion and garlic.
- Add diced tomatoes and Italian seasoning. Simmer.
- Stir in heavy cream.
- Return chicken to skillet. Simmer until cooked through.
