  • 1 cup uncooked white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) dry ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the chicken pieces, uncooked rice, and chicken broth.
  3. Sprinkle the dry ranch seasoning mix evenly over the chicken and rice.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream and cheddar cheese until well combined.
