Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup hot honey
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook chicken until browned.
- Add rice and chicken broth to the skillet.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in hot honey and heavy cream.
- Pour mixture into a baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until rice is tender and chicken is cooked through.
