Description

A delicious and easy creamy garlic shrimp pasta bake.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound pasta
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley


Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
  2. Melt butter in a pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink.
  4. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add cooked pasta and parsley. Toss to combine.
  6. Pour into a baking dish and bake until bubbly.
