This recipe makes delicious and easy creamy garlic parmesan chicken thighs in one pan.

- 6-8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet.
- Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.
- Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom.
- Return chicken thighs to the skillet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove skillet from oven.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes
- Garnish with parsley and serve.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken breasts for thighs. Adjust cooking time.
- Add vegetables like broccoli or asparagus to the pan during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
