Description

This recipe makes delicious and easy creamy garlic parmesan chicken thighs in one pan.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 6-8 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear chicken thighs skin-side down for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown.
  5. Remove chicken from skillet.
  6. Add garlic to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds.
  7. Pour in chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom.
  8. Return chicken thighs to the skillet.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
  10. Remove skillet from oven.
  11. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese.
  12. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes
  13. Garnish with parsley and serve.

Notes

  • You can substitute chicken breasts for thighs. Adjust cooking time.
  • Add vegetables like broccoli or asparagus to the pan during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
