Delicious and easy Creamy Crockpot Mac & Cheese Sliders perfect for game day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • Slider buns
  • Optional toppings: cooked bacon, chives


Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
  2. In a crockpot, combine cooked macaroni, milk, evaporated milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese and butter until melted and smooth.
  5. Serve on slider buns.
  6. Top with desired toppings.
