Ingredients

- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 cups milk
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- Slider buns
- Optional toppings: cooked bacon, chives
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
- In a crockpot, combine cooked macaroni, milk, evaporated milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1-1.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and butter until melted and smooth.
- Serve on slider buns.
- Top with desired toppings.
Notes
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- For a thicker mac and cheese, add more cheese.
- Keep warm in the crockpot on the warm setting.
