Instructions

- Add remaining milk, sugar, salt, and cinnamon.
- Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and cook, stirring frequently, until thickened (about 20-25 minutes).
- Stir in butter until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a richer pudding, use whole milk.
- You can add a pinch of nutmeg.
- Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a sprinkle of cinnamon.
