Description
A simple and delicious one-pot chicken garlic pasta.
Ingredients
- Chicken breast (1 lb)
- Pasta (1 pound)
- Olive oil (2 tbsp)
- Garlic (4 cloves, minced)
- Chicken broth (4 cups)
- Cherry tomatoes (1 pint, halved)
- Spinach (5 oz)
- Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup, grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pot.
- Cook chicken until browned. Remove and set aside.
- Add garlic to the pot and cook until fragrant.
- Add pasta, chicken broth, and tomatoes.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer.
- Return chicken to the pot.
- Cook until pasta is tender and chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in spinach and Parmesan cheese.
- Serve immediately.

- You can add other vegetables you like.
- Adjust cooking time based on your pasta.
- Garnish with fresh herbs, if desired.
