Ingredients
- Chicken breast: 2 (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- Sun-dried tomatoes: 1/2 cup (oil-packed, drained)
- Pasta: 8 ounces (penne or your choice)
- Heavy cream: 1 cup
- Grated Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup
- Garlic: 2 cloves (minced)
- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper: to taste
- Fresh basil: for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add garlic and sun-dried tomatoes. Cook for a minute.
- Pour in heavy cream. Simmer.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese. Season.
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce. Toss.
