- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together cake mix, crushed pineapple, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
- Pour batter into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle dry pudding mix evenly over the batter.
- Top with sliced bananas.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- You can add a layer of vanilla wafers for extra texture.
- Serve warm or cold.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
