- 1 cup heavy cream

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Heat olive oil in a pan.
- Cook chicken until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in buffalo sauce and heavy cream. Simmer.
- Add cooked pasta.
- Stir in blue cheese.
- Garnish with green onions.
