- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 8 ounces pasta
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a pan. Drain any excess grease.
- Add the onion and garlic. Cook until softened.
- Stir in the crushed tomatoes and beef broth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Bring to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Stir the cooked pasta and heavy cream into the beef sauce.
- Add the Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted.
- Serve immediately.
