- 4 cups fresh sweet corn kernels
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine corn, milk, and cream.
- Bring to a simmer.
- Melt butter in a separate pan.
- Whisk in flour. Cook for 1 minute.
- Gradually whisk in corn mixture.
- Add sugar, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until thickened.
