Easy and delicious cranberry cream cheese crescent bites, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Stir in dried cranberries and vanilla extract.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into triangles.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up dough from the wide end to the tip.
- Place on an ungreased baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh cranberries for dried if available.
- For a sweeter bite, add a drizzle of icing after baking.
- These can be made ahead and reheated.
