Description

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 4 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp orange juice
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Unfold the puff pastry sheet onto a lightly floured surface.
  3. Score a 1/2-inch border around the edges of the pastry.
  4. In a small bowl, combine cranberries, sugar, and orange juice.
  5. Spread the cranberry mixture evenly within the scored border.
  6. Arrange the brie slices over the cranberries.
  7. Brush the scored border with the beaten egg.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and puffed, and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  9. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
