Ingredients

- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies, drained
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a crockpot.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or on high for 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or your favorite dippers.
Notes
- You can adjust the amount of green chilies to your liking.
- For a spicier dip, add a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- This dip can also be made in the oven, baked at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
