- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and ranch seasoning mix. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cooked chicken, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped cooked bacon, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Lay out one flour tortilla. Spread about one-quarter of the chicken mixture evenly over the tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Tightly roll up the tortilla, starting from one edge.
- Repeat with the remaining tortillas and chicken mixture.
- Brush the tops of the rolled tortillas with melted butter.
- Cut each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Place the pinwheels cut-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the chicken mixture.
- You can use rotisserie chicken for convenience.
- If you don’t have ranch seasoning mix, you can make your own using dried dill, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt.
