Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Spread the cooked bacon, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and cooked rice evenly in the prepared baking dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
