Description

Soft and delicious cookies with a hidden boost of protein from cottage cheese.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, butter, and sugar.
  3. Stir in vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Let cool on a wire rack.
