Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, butter, and sugar.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool on a wire rack.

- You can use low-fat cottage cheese.
- Add nuts for extra flavor.
