Description

Delicious Cookies & Cream soft batch cookies.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (14 ounce) package cookies and cream sandwich cookies, coarsely chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients.
  6. Stir in chopped cookies.
  7. Drop by rounded tablespoons onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  9. Let cool on baking sheets.
