Ingredients
- Apples: 6, peeled and sliced
- Coconut flakes: 1 cup
- Oats: 1/2 cup
- Flour: 1/2 cup
- Brown sugar: 1/2 cup
- Butter: 1/2 cup, cold and cubed
- Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: a pinch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss apples with a bit of cinnamon.
- Mix coconut flakes, oats, flour, and brown sugar.
- Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
- Layer apples in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- You can add a squeeze of lemon juice to your apples.
