Ingredients

  • Apples: 6, peeled and sliced
  • Coconut flakes: 1 cup
  • Oats: 1/2 cup
  • Flour: 1/2 cup
  • Brown sugar: 1/2 cup
  • Butter: 1/2 cup, cold and cubed
  • Cinnamon: 1 teaspoon
  • Salt: a pinch


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Toss apples with a bit of cinnamon.
  3. Mix coconut flakes, oats, flour, and brown sugar.
  4. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
  5. Layer apples in a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the apples.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, until golden and bubbly.
  8. Let cool before serving.
