Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Oil for frying

  • White sauce (recipe below)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: Pat the shrimp dry.
  2. Make the coating: In a bowl, combine coconut, flour, salt, and pepper.
