Ingredients

- 1 pound pasta (rotini, penne, or your choice)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Rinse pasta with cold water and drain.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and olives.
- Pour Italian dressing over the pasta and vegetables.
- Add basil, salt, and pepper.
- Toss to combine.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.

- You can add grilled chicken or shrimp for extra protein.
